The album contained 10 melodic rock songs. Since then the band has been continuosly working on shaping their musical character. When progressive rock label WMMS contacted AIRBORNE in late 1994 and offered them a contract they went back to Roxanne Studios and produced "Walk on water". The album was released in June 1995 and represented a merger of the traditional melodic AIRBORNE rock with progressive grunge and trash metal elements (without letting them dominate). The album earned extremely positive international press reports in metal magazines like "Rock Hard", "Break Out", "Metal Shock" of Italy and "Bur n Magazine" of Japan. The reward was AIRBORNE's first distribution licence in the United States. With their third album "The other side" AIRBORNE had arrived at a unique and characteristic musical style that distinguishes them from anyother band. The album is available since June 1997 and it also gained best press reports. AIRBORNE published their latest album "Isolated" in July 2003.
